Autoship & Save

Autoship and Save is our most convenient and affordable way to shop yet! Simply pick your favorite products and the frequency of your deliveries. We will take care of the rest in 1-2-3!

1. Choose the products you want to have automatically shipped.
   • Explore eligible Autoship and Save products, fill your cart with the desired products, then choose the Autoship and Save option under each item.
   • Customers will receive a 5% discount or the highest web offer on their first ever subscription order.
   • After the first delivery, each recurring delivery will continue to enjoy a minimum of 5% discount or the highest active web offer and free shipping. Increase the 5% discount to 10% recurring discount or the highest web offer when you subscribe more to 5 or more products per recurring delivery to the same address.
2. Choose how often deliveries will be made.
• Select the quantity and frequency of your subscriptions. You can come back and make any adjustments easily under My Account > Autoship & Save.
3. Simply manage your subscriptions moving forward.
• Add or remove products, skip deliveries, or cancel at any time under My Account > Autoship & Save.
• Each customer will have 1 delivery date per month for Autoship and Save items.
  • If another subscription is placed less than 20 days before the next Autoship and Save delivery day, it will be sent out in the next Autoship and Save delivery.

1. Go to 'My Account' > 'Autoship and Save'.
2. Under the "Subscription" tab and locate the subscription you wish to cancel.
3. Select “Cancel your subscription”.
   • You may also consider selecting “skip your next delivery” or edit frequency under “edit subscription”.

3. Under the Quantity and Frequency section of the selected subscription, select the drop down menu under Delivery every: and choose the desired delivery frequency.
   • You may also consider selecting “skip your next delivery” or adjusting the quantity received from each auto delivery under Quantity:.

2. Under the "Subscription" tab and select ‘Skip next delivery’ for the subscription you wish to skip

3. Under the Quantity and Frequency section of the selected subscription, select the drop down menu under Quantity: and choose the desired delivery quantity.
   • You may also consider adjusting the frequency of the auto ship under Delivery every:.

2. Under the "Subscription" tab and select the subscription you wish to update.
3. Under the Shipping Address section of the selected subscription, select another address on file or add a new shipping address.
   1. Please note: Shipping address can only be updated for subscription placed with a valid credit card. Updated address must be in the same country as the current address.
   2. Updating Address to Another Country: Click into the product page and select ‘Autoship & Save:’ to subscribe to the same product under a new shipping address in a different country.

2. Under the "Subscription" tab, select the subscription you wish to update.
3. Under the Payment Method section of the selected subscription, select another payment method (Only credit card supported) on file.
• Please note: You can only update your subscriptions with payment methods that have been previously saved.

Autoship and Save is currently offered on most products that can be shipped to the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea and Japan. For items that are eligible for Autoship and Save, you will see this buy option along with the choice of delivery frequency on the product page. We are actively looking to expand this service to more countries.

iHerb offers free shipping for all recurring Autoship & Save orders to countries: United States, Singapore and Hong Kong. For all recurring Autoship & Save orders to Japan and South Korea, free shipping is available once the low minimum threshold is reached. For Japan, free shipping is available for each order that is greater than ¥2,500.00/$20 USD. For South Korea, free shipping is available for each order that is greater than ₩40,000/$30 USD.

Autoship & Save currently supports payments made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal. You can still use other payment methods for one-time purchases that aren’t subscriptions.

A minimum of 5% Rewards commission will apply on the initial orders but not the recurring orders, if order is placed with a Rewards Code or Rewards link. The Rewards discount would apply accordingly if the Rewards Code applied to the order gives you as the shopper the largest overall saving when compared to other web offers and promo codes. This is a win-win for both your friend and family who made the referral and you as the shopper who shopped using their Referral Rewards link or code. The Rewards commission and discount, if applied, will only work on the initial order.

Yes, Autoship & Save supports payments made by Rewards credit. Any available Rewards credit on your account will be automatically applied to your subscription orders before your chosen payment method is applied. Learn more to start earning Rewards today.

iHerb offers a 5% discount on recurring orders. If there is a greater discount available at the time of your recurring order, then you will receive the greater discount/lowest price for your item instead of the standard 5% Autoship & Save discount.

Unlock even greater savings with a 10% discount off recurring orders when you subscribe to 5 or more products per recurring delivery to the same address . If there is a greater discount available for the item(s) at the time of your recurring order, then you will receive the greater discount/lowest price instead of the increased 10% Autoship & Save discount.

You will be notified about any price changes before we deliver the next subscription. The most recent price will be shown in the notification and charged unless the subscription is canceled or skipped.
