Shake well before each use.

For occasional glucose and metabolic support, take 30 minutes before meals.

• Moderate support: 30 drops twice daily.
• Maximum support: 60 drops twice daily.

Dosing may also be directed by your physician. Put drops in 4 oz (120 ml) of water and wait one minute before drinking.

Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Stop use if adverse reactions develop. If you are on blood glucose lowering medication, consult your physician before taking. Keep out of reach of children.
