This product actually has a better flavor than some of the others on the market. It is a little more expensive though. Buying a quantity from iHerb lowered the price. You can just keep the others in the freezer to keep.

The best I have found as a substitute for wheat flour. Use it in the cake, pizza crust and bread doughs, etc.
