I wanted a good pie crust and read about sweet rice flour online. I found a recipe that combined white rice flour, tapioca starch and corn starch. I would not use it often because of all the starch but it was great for thanksgiving.

This is great for baking cookies, and its gives a nice crunchy texture. On the other hand this isn't a very finely milled flour, so its has tons of crunch.
