The toasted hazelnuts, the absence of sugar and the fairly generous amounts of fruit make this my go-to breakfast. Use hot milk in winter for a comfort meal. Mix the contents well before each serving, otherwise you'll have mostly crumbs by the time you reach the bottom of the bag. I-Herb has the best internet price.
