Jules Destrooper, Ginger Thins Cookies are delicious , very thin crispy cookies. For those that prefer their ginger cookies on the milder side these are for you. I took off one star because I would actually like more ginger. The cookies are caramelized so they are incredibly crispy & they would be perfect to dip into coffee or tea. Like most of Jules Destropper cookies they are relatively light on the sugar content.
I love this product and I buy it often. The package comes in the right size and the biscuits are tasteful because they are produced with the best-quality ingredients.
It is light and crisp with a sweet and gingery tang. It is already a nice snack itself but could also be broken into pieces and mixed with cereal, yogurt, or milk as a refreshing breakfast or brunch!
it comes in two packs. when i open one of them many of the cookies already cracked into small pieces. the ginger favor is not as strong as i expected, yet it still tastes good. the price is a bit high to me
