This rice is okay, but not really my cup of tea in terms of taste. One package makes 2-3 portion of the rice for 2-3 adults. It is certainly interesting, quick and easy to make and instruction are pretty clear. It is also quite high quality product. Maybe I will purchase it again as my family loved it :)
The rice needs soaking before cooking, as it is quite hard after cooking when I follow their cooking instructions. It needed a much longer cooking time for the rice to soften so that it can be digested easily. Otherwise, the flavour is nice.
I used this for supper and it it tasted great. Just the right amount for my family.
This rice is delicious, just like all the Lundberg rice mixes. High quality, wholesome ingredients.
