I realized that I need some creatine for my muscles and especially Glutes which I value the most for their nice shape even if I'm on diet! :) This brand in one of the best and famous for it's quality and best ingredients but from Cell Tech I expected more! I needed to increase my endurance and this time I decided to take blue raspberry powder and it was the right choice if we talk about taste but not ingredients. It has Creatine HCI and Free-Acid Creatine 750 mg each which is not enough. In result there is nothing special from that side of things. Better take proper creatine instead. The size of package is small and easy to carry with me when I'm on the way to my fitness gym and my workout.
