My 10 years old love the taste, and he is very picky. after I tried few others (which my other kids liked) this is with best taste. if you are not going to give it daily, the smaller packege is better. in the summer he didn't take it and moisture got inside and made the tablets a bit sticky, but still eatable, I had to separate them with a knife
These chewable vitamin C wafers are my all time favorite! They come in several different flavors and we've enjoyed all of the ones we've tried! They're a good price and good quality, with more Vitamin C (500 mg) and less sugar (2 g) per serving (1 wafer) than most other brands. The wafers or tablets are a nice size too! I buy these mainly for my toddlers, and they love them so they can't taste bad, and they haven't bothered their stomachs, even when eaten on an empty stomach.
My husband likes his chewable vitamin C. This Natural Factors offering has four different flavors. He likes the variety. He takes his time to enjoy the taste while his tablets are dissolving. I have been impressed by the quality of Natural Factors. Your kids will enjoy their vitamin C, too. These tablets contain sodium ascorbate as well as ascorbic acid. There's also bioflavonoids to help absorption of the vitamin C.
Our kids gave mix results on these. At times they were more than willing to take them due to the "sweetness" of them but actually they are tart due to the vitamin C so they weren't a favorite for them to take. On occasion, one child would prefer a certain flavor over another but these are not "balanced" (e.g. 60 of each flavor) with an equal amount. Instead it's random how many you may get of each. Overall they are more like "sweet tarts" (thus more on the tart side instead of sweet). Just beware of too much humidity as they like to "melt" over time & become one giant lump of vitamin C.
