We have been using this natural Vitamin D3 since the start of pandemic. I found this vitamin soon after the pandemic started. Being older and more vulnerable I realized a shortage of vitamin D was a natural consequence. I immediately started taking it and have not missed it the whole time. The quality and availability has always been excellent. So glad I have a good product to rely on which has and will contribute to my overall health.

I was deficient in Vitamin D for years. To the point I was given a prescription for 50,000 IU a week for 3 months. While it raised my numbers to normal it only did so for a short period of time. I get tested every six months. Have tried many other products without success with the lanolin based ones having no effect. Since finding this one I have stayed a normal levels for several years. At one point I switched to a Lichen based brand and my levels dropped below average. I now take 1 a day and staying with Source of Life.

This is a good quality product. I take it daily with my other supplements for its benefit. It is organic and contains natural ingredients, and comes with vegan caps. The size of the caps is standard, the dosage is within the recommended amount, and I can double my dosage when needed. Some caps have some weird fish taste/smell. However, it helps me with m vitamin D3 deficiency due to the lack of sun effect to fortify my bones and my overall immunity.

I've been purchasing this for several years. I appreciate that it's certified organic. I also suggest taking Nature's Plus Organic K2 which is an essential cofactor for proper absorption of D3. I usually take 2 D3 capsules with 1 K2 capsule after eating a meal that had a healthy fat. I also tailor how often I take this depending on the time of year. In the summer when I'm spending a lot of time outside I take it about 3x a week and in the winter I take it more frequently. It's important to have your D level tested regularly since too much isn't good either.

The most bang and potency for your buck! I only take 1 pill a day and still get more than other brands out there. Easy on the stomach and most importantly it’s 100% VEGAN!!!

I use this Vit D for many years. It workas great and really keeps the normal level of Vit D3 in blood. Combine with Fish Oil and Bit C for better absorbsion.
