have being mixing creatine just once a day with my whey protein shake an hour after my workout, it's best to mix with something sweet or there will be a bitter taste, package was good and comes in a handy size, great quality product and will buy again, it will take me a few more weeks to see results. i think its a great supplement to add to a high protein diet if you are looking to get pumped or shredded. there is a very good quantity in the bottle as a serving is just around a teaspoon only.

It is a tasteless product so it is very difficult to drink it with only water, you can use it as a base for a smoothie or make protein pancakes and the like. You have to mix for a relatively long time, but when you mix well, no lumps remain.
