This willow bark extract has helped me many times with muscle pains, minor colds and headache. It also promotes restful sleep. It's easy to take, has a neutral taste, and does not give me any side effects. Despite the warnings on the bottle, it doesn't interfere with my diet.

NOW's quality supplements never disappoint. This is a very good product that is good for any age. Since white willow bark is an original source that aspirin is derived from, it is a much better and natural source of it. It is great for aches and pains and has no taste. But since it is an aspirin source, do not overdo or the side effects will be the same as taking too much aspirin.
I bought this supplement because I have chronic pain. I have been taking what the package recommends. I feel like the benefit of this supplement will work well for me. it's new but I think I am beginning to feel better. The ingredient of hemp being added to the blend is very helpful.
I bought this for my husband to use as an anti-inflammatory and pain reliever and so far we've seen great benefits. I also used it for a headache once. While it takes a little more time to see results than using an otc drug, I will be buying this again.
Now Willow Bark Extract has been a great benefit for my headaches. It is better for me than ibuprofen (and such) and works just as well. I feel improvement within about 15 minutes. I was concerned about it bothering my stomach, but it has not been a problem. There is no taste or after taste to the pill.

I always try to rub a hot cream on my shoulders immediately for tension headaches, and drink some electrolyte mix immediately too. I even carry a bottle of this in my purse!!
Very good for knee pain. It helps but needs some time to feel the result. What I don't like about it but can be beneficial for some people is that the herb has constioation effect.
