This is a compact multivitamin which supports your immume system and gives you energy as well. I like this brand Solaray very much. Especially their extensive Spectro Multivitamin. First given to me and my family for daily use by our homeopathist some 20 years ago. Since then a lot less sickness throughout the years. I just suggested the product again at iHerb because it seems to be discontinued. And there is a new version/package at Solaray I found out (see image). Hope who reads this can suggest thia product as well.
