They work surprisingly well. You have to let the pill dissolve in your mouth. It tastes like a peppermint. They work in about an hour after taking them. You feel relaxed, and your mind stops spinning. They also work well against muscle tension. If you suffer from anxiety and stress, you should really try these. I do not recommend taking them during working hours during the day because they make you very relaxed. In the evening after work, just before going to bed or on weekend days is perfect. It makes you sleep very well and you wake up relaxed and well-rested. They will last you about 120 days if you only take 1 a day which is a great value. Perfect quality!

I trust Source Naturals for quality products. The ingredients are good. The peppermint flavor is very potent in a good way. Let the tablets dissolve in your mouth. Helped me stay asleep through the night. Don't expect it to knock you out, but it does have a calming effect.
I found this to be somewhat helpful in relaxing me when I was feeling stressed. The lozenge lasts a lot longer than I expected and is very strong mint flavored. This is good for during the day but I found at night (I purchased for use at this time) it was too strong a flavor and I didn’t like the stimulation from the mint. In my personal experience, it was great for daytime, not so much at night!
Took one star off because of the taste - it is quite acrid, in my opinion. I find it most tolerable if I dissolve it under the tongue. As for calming properties, I think a couple of lozenges do help me to calm my brain down when I'm particularly agitated or triggered.

Great for smoothing out wrinkles in one's mood during the day. Like to always have them on hand. One lozenge seems to be enough in most situations. Enjoy the taste--peppermint. Also take before bed along with theanine. A great combo for sleep.

I take two tablets and fall asleep within 15 mins every time. I usually sleep through the night when I take these. Even if I’m wide awake before bed, after I take these I pass out.
Works really well. Did not realize I ordered the peppermint flavor. Peppermint tastes good too. It’s just a bit difficult to take right before bed. Ordered another one in orange flavor. Clean ingredients.
