I believe this is one of the best joint and skin supplements out there. What makes it so great is the amount of ingredients all packed into one tablet. With 600 mg of hydrolyzed type 2 collagen, 200 mg of chondroitin sulfate, and 100 mg of hyaluronic acid, you are going to see some improvements in joint and skin health

good product. I saw the effect after 2 weeks. The benefit was that the joints became more mobile and did not hurt anymore. Good quality. I like the ingredient because it is gluten free. although the size of the pill is larger, it is easy to swallow. I like the product and have recommended it to others.

My knee aches may not be as severe as others’ issues thus the short time to see improvement. It has helped with arthritis and my bones. Good brand

I am 31 year old male and have used this for about two weeks in combination with the Collagen 1 and 3 from Doctor's best as well, my knees were popping and the muscles around them seemed sore especially when i walk up stairs. This is clearly a very good quality product, the benefits received are perceivable as the soreness and most of the popping is already starting to go away.

It works great for me as it plumps my skin and the collagen is in a smaller molecular sizes which enables the body to absorb well. It is important to look at how much you really need as different age requires a different amount and it will gradually increase. Taste is okay, does not have a fishy smell.

I used to taking a liquid supplement with BioCell Collagen (over $100@bottle) that helped my knee pain but stopped because too expensive. This supplement offers BioCell Collagen for much more affordable price. My knee pain & discomfort much less after taking for over a month. Will continue taking this for health maintenance.

I read some articles about how to relieve joint stiffness and started to take this product about 6 months ago. My knees pain got improved and I keep using this product, for one or two capsules daily to keep my joints healthy. The combination of this product is the best I've found so far, with hyaluronic acid, type II collagen and chondroitin.

Great complex ! It contains two of the best supplements which are well known for helping the joints pain and function - Collagen (in the good "Hydrolyzed Type II" form !!!!)+ Hyaluronic Acid ! I use the complex for long time making 2 months courses and then break for 2 months and I feel great effect on both my knee and shoulder pain ! Note: The complex also has Chondroitin Sulfate, which i do not consider as that important, but as it practically comes "For free" in the complex - definitely good add-on !
