Some people love lentil and chickpea pastas, but I can't find any whose texture I actually enjoy. These are too firm and chewy when al dente but they're fall-apart gooey and mushy when cooked slightly longer. Maybe they're perfect when cooked to a Goldilocks level, and they're definitely healthier than regular white wheat pasta, but I won't rebuy.

It's hard to get the perfect texture while boiling the pasta as it's gluten free. Okay quality and good ingredients but won't be purchasing anymore, as our family prefer wheat pasta.

This is great considering how much I love pasta, but need better alternatives that are packed with protein. Unfortunately, other brands that use ingredients like chickpeas don’t even mention protein content, so the fact that this clearly states its nutritional value has given it quite the advantage.
