I have tried Local ACV many times but since I start using Bragg Brand, I became Fan of this ACV. Other brand vinegar hard to take in but using this ACV is easy and tasty, it helps me to clear my internal system. I would recommend to try this ACV every single individual on this earth..... 😉
Drinking every morning makes my day starts different.it’s easy to drink,no odd taste.I also using it as a vegetable salad dressing :) I bought this size cheap compared to other stores.hope nxt time it will comes out more on package deal :) I think it will immediately runs out because I am also using it as my cooking ing.

Braggs is the best! I’ve been using ACV since 2007. It’s great as an antacid, for joints, as an astringent? It’s also is good as an antacid. Vinegar is good for a multitude of problems. Research it and you will buy it too! It’s been around since Bible days!

I've tried various Apple Cider Vinegar and always come back to this one. Bragg is the best. We use it with some baking soda in the late evening and it keeps us in the alkaline zone we think is best. Many cancers and viruses flourish in acid environments but cannot live in alkaline environments so we use this simple drink as a protection and besides it's delicious and also settles any tummy issues. This product is really good quality. The ingredients are just pure apple vinegar. The taste is pretty good and we use it in cooking as well. The size is appropriate to the price and it has a very practical package. The composition is just apples. I really recommend it for balanced diet, because it has many health benefits.
Right before a meal i take about 10 ml of ACV in a glass of water (about 300 ml) and drink it through a metal straw so that the ACV wont touch my teeth. After the meal i always have a warm soothing feeling instead of acid reflux which is amazing! I also sometimes take it right before bed which makes me sleep way faster.
