This is a good addition to my coffee, good for diet, for keto. It's known that MCT' are easy absorbed by GI tract and then metabolized very quickly by the liver, where the fat is used for energy instead of being stored. The quantity of bottle is generous and the high-quality of this MCT is given by the organic coconut oil carefully selected. I avoid carbs and sweets as much as possible so I can take all the benefits from MCT oil when added to coffee, salad or sauces. Wish it was in glass bottle.
