Highly dosed zinc. Slightly over the Recommended daily allowance of 40mg. But, might be alright to increase immunity and keep immunity up. Some days, I'll split it in half dose to make sure it won't affect copper absorpbtion. But I've experience no bad effects from taking 50mg daily consistently now.
