I normally don’t take fish oil supplements because I feel like I can get a decent amount of fish in my diet. But I thought I’d up my intake of omega 3s. I was very pleased with the ingredients of these particular fish oils. However the experience itself not so much. The pills are huge. Normally not an issue for me to swallow but when you take a variety of supplements on the regular it’s a pain. And these don’t smell like orange flavor to me at all. In fact they are super fishy. Which makes me concerned with the quality. I don’t have fish burps so that’s a plus. But for the me the smell and the difficulty in swallowing will probably make me not buy them again.
