It’s the best chlorophyll that I found here in terms of taste! The only downside of it is that it has sucralose in it, which is basically sugar…and this is my one turn off , as to start your morning with the sugar doesn’t seem like a perfect scenario for me…so I’m gonna switch to other brand But this is how I use any chlorophyll: Take 1 table spoon with glass of water every morning , wait 30 minutes and then have breakfast
