Doctors Best does give you a good quality magnesium here, but if you are wanting a better bag for your buck, then opt for magnesium powder. It's easy to come buy and you can get a good does of magnesium without downing five or six capsules at a time. Also, please note that vegan cellulose capsules aren't the greatest for the digestive system. Some people, including myself have noticed a sensitivity to them. Why use them when the powder is easy to come by and cheaper? Please like my review if you found it helpful.

I am only 26 and I have sleeping issues since forever and can only sleep close to 3-4am everyday despite waking up at 8am and keeping myself busy and tired throughout the day. Life long insomnia sufferer here. I use this mineral as part of my sleep cocktail. Taking 4 tablets a few hours before bed on an empty stomach, along with Glycine, L Theanine, GABA, Melatonin 10mg TR, and may be adding L Tryptophan in the future when I try get off anti depressants. This concoction works for me, which is amazing as normally the only thing that helps with sleep is benzos, and obviously I can’t take them every night.
