All organic! and only Mustard seeds, Apple vinegar and water.. Eden is pretty good about not adding unnecessary ingredients.. This is the best mustard I have ever found... Would be convenient if they had a squeeze bottle but also nice that it comes in a glass jar...We love this mustard!

Eden is a high quality brand I was looking for an organic brownstone ground mustard with no added sugar or artificial anything and I found it!!! Just to mention that the apple cider vinegar taste is quite strong so if you dont like vinegar this mustard is not for you

I trust this company and have bought their food products for over a decade. This mustard has excellent ingredients, but I just didn't care for the taste. I'm relatively new to brown mustard, so I don't have other brown mustard brands to compare to. I personally like the yellow mustard better.
