I love the flavour. Yes it does taste like a slightly fizzy cranberry drink. It is easy to take. Just dissolve in cold water to accompany my lunch or dinner, taken once a day. Some vitamins and minerals in the drink might help better nutrients absorption in the food. *However, please do your own research. Furthermore, it is loaded with other essential vitamins (other than Vit C) and minerals, namely Iodine, Magnesium, Vit A, Potassium, Calcium, Electrolytes and many more. So it could improve energy as well as healing.

This is a great and easy way to get more vitamin C in your diet. I drink it every morning and sometimes use it in my soda stream for some bubbles. Highly recommend.

Bought this for my son who doesn’t fancy orange-flavored effervescent (which is more commonly available). He finished this without complaints so should be good in taste (he’s a very picky eater).
