Rewarded Review

Having been battling Candida Albicans since my (symptom-free!) Covid infection, this product has been a "life saver"! After the necessary dietry adjustments have brought some relief, adding the Enzymedica Candidase Extra Strength capsules, really made a difference within days. No or only little swellings & rashes (my personal symptoms), which I have suffered previously for months in various grades of severness. The combination of absolutely no sugars (industrial, nor fruit - apart from fresh berries), artificial sweetners of whatever sort, no starchy foods (potatos, rice, corn, beetroot, etc.), wheat products (they turn into sugar when digested) & alcohol for couple of months; plus, using Bentonit & supplementing probiotics, vitamin D + K, Bromelain, etc., are also part of my "healing journey". After ~6 months I started to slowly introduce back tiny amounts of starchy food and fruits (one-by-one, not all at once!); whilst still eating absolutely no sugar/ sweetners/ wheat/ alcohol. My reactions became less to none at all. Now, after living almost a year w/sugar, sweetners and wheat products, I am even able to drink a tiny sip of wine every other months. Moreover, I am able to eat out again (still cautious of ingredients of course), with few restrictions only. Context: My Candida Albicans was undiscovered for ~11months. Hence, I reckon the healing process will take at least the same amount of time, likelier, taken by factor 1.5. BUT, my journey proves that such "trivial" dietry adjustments are not only THE way of getting ahead of ones Candida, but, THE kickstart to an overall healthier relation to food. Most will profit on many accounts (lower blood pressure, weight control, energy, less inflamation etc.). After all, it is pretty much nothing else than going back to basics of non-processed food, getting to know foods' nutrition, checking ingredient labels, enjoying & discovering new foods too! Nice plus: ever since, I literally became wrinkle-free (am 40yrs) within few months! No fillers, botox or else! :D I for once, will likely not go back to eating (added) sugars, let alone sweeteners (regardless indusrial or natural) - even if I probably could in few months. So I hope, this little outtake from my personal journey gives hope to those who may still have a bit of road ahead. Changes to nutrition, doing proper research on cell activities (inflamation, healing, immune system, etc.) & listening to the signs our body gives us, will likely play the biggest part of the healing process. But, it's absolutely worth it!
