Some folks claim this isn't real as it doesn't have an overpowering taste and smell. I have always used cinnamon sticks for crafts, they are hard and nasty. This Cinnamon is soft, easy to grind in my mortar and petal for teas or seasoning. The fragrance is unlike ANYTHING i have ever experienced. The flavor is epic and I will never use a ground cinnamon ever again in my life.
its too expensive for me, but i always buy it. While I do think that the price point is a bit high, I'm willing to pay for quality ingredients, especially when it comes to something like cinnamon. I've tried other cinnamon sticks in the past, but they just didn't measure up to the quality and flavor of these ones.
Great quality and you can’t go wrong with cinnamon sticks especially when they’re organic and fair trade. Great taste. Lasts a long time. Can be used as it is or can be grinders to make cinnamon powder. Use it in baking, drinks and also cooking. Packaging is also pretty convenient!
Excellent quality. Ingredient is as advertised. It taste great. I use it in recipes for cooking, baking, making tea and even in my milk. Nice size pack. I grind it into a powder, which makes it easier to use more frequently. It’s a great addition to any diet and the serving size is so small, this will last for sometime. The package arrived quicker than expected. As always, please do your research for the benefits of using Cinnamon. Ceylon Cinnamon is not the same as Cassia Cinnamon. It’s important you do the research to see the difference. They are not equal!!!
Ceylon cinnamon is a decadent spice that gives out heady, deep aromas. This bag lasts forever! The sticks are not the typical thick bark you would find (cassia); instead, it's delicate and papery-thin, and breaks easily in your hands. I use it for mulled wine, decocting teas, and stirring in cocktails. The taste is pure and authentic. Excellent quality, and will definitely buy again whenever the bag runs out.
Works great for lowering blood sugar levels and aids in weight loss. Has no taste, lots of benefit, great if you have symptom of fatigue. Take 1 after every meal or 2 if you eat lots of sugar. Works great for acne caused by sugar spikes. I had lots of face acne but it got better after takeing chromium after every meal.
OMG! I have never seen bay leaves like this ones in stores. I use them a lot in my cooking, and every package I had bought from stores had a lot of crushed leaves, dark colored, sometimes with bad smell... These ones are excellent! Like they have been picked one by one from the tree with lot of care. So happy to find Frontier!

I read so many reviews here prior to purchasing this and it was worth it. I finally got the ceylon ,the best of the best. I can now blend my own cinnamon into powder and be at peace knowing it genuine. I'm so happy
Ceylon cinnamon is less toxic than Cassia cinnamon. My mom’s blood glucose was lowered significantly after being on this for about 1 week. However, as with all herbs, it is recommended to do rotation every 2-3 months. For example, after 3 months of consumption, stop for 3 months with another herb. Use with caution if you have existing liver conditions as all cinnamon contains coumarin which can further damage the liver. Compared with the grounded form (also available on iHerb), the stick form is much more fragrant. Do beware of iHerb marketing gimmicks! Purchased multiple items to stock up during recent sale where iHerb indicated an extra 26% off. Immediately after the sale ended, the item price dropped by more than 10%! This marketing gimmick by iHerb is bad taste and abused my trust. I will not believe in the so called “sales” by iHerb in future and stock up more than I need to take advantage of the future sales rolled out by iHerb.
