Any time I feel that I might be catching a cold or feeling sick, I take these immune pills. The cold almost ALWAYS goes away if you catch it in time. If I’m definitely getting sick, I’ll take two of these every few hours. If you don’t catch it in time, these will at least shorten the length of the cold/flu. Can’t imagine living without these. They are pricey but I promise they are worth every penny.
