I noticed that when I cook this rice, the grain stays separate, so it is easy for me to add it on a salad, or just as stuffing for my first courses. Moreover I noticed that it absorbs any kind of sauce more easily than the short grain. Moreover, being organic, it has a lot more nutrients, and it is more of an healthy choice.
I love this brand of rice, it is free of arsenic which is commonly found in brown rice grown in Asia.
This is the reason I buy this brand of brown rice, be it long or short grain. They taste equally good.
