I added it to oven baked shrimp and vegetables with a little bit of coconut aminos and curry powder. good quality, I was worried about the packaging but I recieved it intact. has no taste to it which is great coz then u can flavour it with whatever u prefer. I will purchase again. good size for 2 servings.
A good quality product with clean paleo diet compliant ingredients. I would still be buying this product frequently from IHerb if I did not find them elsewhere in my town. I transitioned from the paleo diet to the auto-immune diet which is essentially a more strict paleo diet variant and this is one of the few foods that I can still eat. This pasta has no taste and does really cook up nicely, but when your diet is limited it is an option. I would drain a package of all fluid and then put it in a frying pan on medium high for a long time trying to dry it out, but the consistency remains similar to tapioca or a jelly.
I never heard of miracle noodles until I started keto for therapeutic purposes and it's been a nice addition to have one in awhile for something similar to noodles. The texture is definitely different than your typical pasta but that is expected considering it isn't pasta and it does not have much of a taste.
Well I'm pleased that these ingredients in this product don't raise the blood sugar because there's very low carbohydrates. I think the size is good because using a whole package seems good for one or two servings. I like the taste because it's bland/sweet and it's more about the texture and you can put flavors on this, a vehicle for other stuff. Good quality.
My prep tips: rinse in cold water, then soak for a few minutes. Add to dry pan and heat them up. Then top with sauce and enjoy! Don't expect the same taste and texture as regular pasta, but they are a good substitute when the rest of the family is eating spaghetti!
I use these noodles a lot in my recipes to add bulk (filling) without calories. They don't really taste of anything (obviously you have to wash them well before adding to your dish) so I make sure I use a lot of spices. They're very versatile and go with everything.
