This was a gift for my daughter in law.... who is obviously breast feeding my grandchild so my review is only anecdotal! She is really delighted with the product - so much so a second jar was requested! She reckons that she knows by her supply if she's forgotten to take a dose and is delighted with the difference it has made to her.
