We also take the glucosamine chondroitin capsules, which works together with the MSM for greater benefit.
I take this MSM with MRM's Glucosomine and Choindroitin, and I seem to be as elastic as a teenager and am able to move freely by taking these supplements over the years.
This is the first time I ordered this product because I have heard that MSM is not only good for bones but also hair, skin and nails. I have been taking it for 3 weeks and I can see the improvement of the skin. My skin is brighter and clearer. I would advise people to start it with the lowest dose to observe and work up to 3 or 4 pills after workout.
