I've taken turmeric with curcumin and black pepper for years now and it helps with joint pain and other maladies. Turmeric has been used for hundreds of years as an anti-inflammatory. I have not been using it for so long but have always found it useful. This brand is new to me but it is as effective as any other, well packaged and swift acting. I take two tablets twice a day and have much relief.

I use curcumin all the time, it helps a lot with my joint pain. Also I think it helps to reduce inflammation, I feel better when I use curcumin on a daily bases.
1 a day formula that is very reasonably priced for such fantastic quality. Seems to be helpful for inflammation and my joints. Have to try a little longer.
Read that turmeric should be taken with black pepper, hence bought this to help reduce joint inflammation. Hope this works better than just turmeric alone. Capsules are not too long, easy to swallow.
