Nature's Way, Alive! Max3 Potency Multivitamin, look like a great quality product. Ingredients are high quality with not taste. The packaging and sizes were perfect, bottle is filled fully instead of being mostly empty like most other products. I like that it is 3 tablets per serving daily, it allows me to take 1 per meal and spread it out and also take less than 3 per day if need to. i've been taking these daily for a few years now. i feel they provide a more than adequate amount of most of the vitamins and minerals my body needs. there's no iron in them, which is important for people like me, over age 50. nature's way always puts high quality ingredients in their products, with very little fillers. easy to swallow size tablets, but i bite them in half before swallowing, which creates less work for the stomach to do, to break tablets down.
