Used this product for years In my opinion only for me I take this an night with other supplements because I believe the information showing that garlic is not only more efficacious as a pathogen eradicator but helps thin the blood at night to help alleviate the possibility of blood clotting at the wrong time. I was amazed by the vitamin content of garlic and started taking the capsules and fairly quickly felt the results: I had less shortness of breath, my legs stopped cramping at night and I was more alert and energetic. I have also read about the valuable property of cayenne pepper in clearing arteries of plaque and am now taking the capsules as a preventive measure. There is no strong smell unless you sniff directly from the jar. Then you can detect a slight aroma of garlic baguette But I like it, so I don't consider it a disadvantage ;)
It’s awesome easy product to use .. I hat to buy to use it with other remedies to clean stubborn worms in my gut.. took it with wormwood and black walnut drops also grapefruits drops … this mix , it’s the only thing worked to get rid of this issue got it all from ihurb .. hard to find in the chemist

Good way to add a little bit of garlic to your diet. I'm not sure about the health benefits, only thing that I can say is that I feel a little bit more energetic

upon opening tastes pungent and garlic like, the good stuff you want after a week however it doesn't taste of anything I'm generally sensitive to spicy and hot foods, but I don't feel any effect from this after taking it will continue taking it as a garlic supplement
Seems to be good quality but I wonder how much cayenne is in this. Seems to contain more garlic. Circulation and blood pressure did seem to improve as did my immunity and anti-viral protection. No after taste or garlicy burbs.
This is a good way to combine benefits of cayenne for the stomach and good digestion with benefits of garlic for respiratory health and overall support of immunity, since garlic is naturally anti-bacterial and anti-viral, as well as helpful for keeping my blood vessels clean. The smell of garlic is almost unnoticeable, but I take these at night so no concerns about that anyways.
