The capsule size of Nature's Way NIACIN Vitamin B3 is 20mm x 8mm ( length x diameter ). This is a fairly average - small size capsule which is relatively easy to swallow. For those who have difficulty swallowing this, it is also alright to open the capsules and consume the Niacin powder by mixing it in a little water. Gotten this over the other brands because I wanted the niacin flush in order to 'see' an effect on the supplement. Taste is sourish if it melts in my mouth. I've repurchased a second bottle and hope to get higher energy level and overall metabolism. One big dislike is the very poorly designed closing lid which isn't air tight to seal the freshness quality of the vitamin. I need to transfer the capsules to an air tight container

I take 50 mg of niacin daily as part of a blood pressure control regime, but find these small sized 100 mg capsules much more economical, as I can just use a half a one in a breakfast smoothie - much easier than chopping a tablet. I've always found that Nature's Way provided great quality ingredients and these certainly seem to help. Not only that, but I've had no niacin flush effect either.
