I fractured my ankle. The osteopath that I use recommended it. It seems to be working well because the orthopedic doctor asked what I was taking for bone density and when I showed him the ingredients in this, he told me that I was ahead of the game with that combo.
I've used this multi-vitamin for decades. My mother & her mother both had severe Osteoporosis; so this was prescribed for me when I was in my 40's. I'm now 67, and have no complications from Osteoporosis. I have to believe that this product has contributed to my excellent health.

I have taken this product for many years and when I had my last DEXA scan 6 years ago, all of my osteoporosis markers had greatly improved. Even though I live in the UK, this is the best price I’ve found.
I have been taking this product in capsule form for a very long time with good result. I notice that only the tablets seem to be available now or would it be possible to order the capsules again?? With thanks

Tablet is quite large, challenging to swallow. Combination in this formula also gives me a bit of bloated feeling afterwards.
