It is easy to consume, 2 tablets a day. My 6 yo doesnt like the taste but somehow my 4 yo is okay with it. He always chew it fast & drink water when taking it. I took this with additional of this D3 for kids. Overall it is helpful in maintaining their immunity. If you minus the taste, this will be a very good immune booster.

I have purchased it due to the great ingredients. I don't like the smell, but my kids (9 and 6) say they taste good. What they also like is shape - they come in different animal shapes. Size of one tablet is not big - I think it is OK for smaller kids. I give my kids one tablet every day as prevention during autumn and winter.

bought these with the vit c and gave them to my 2 year old. she loves it and always gets excited to take her vitamins and out of curiousity my husband and i tried them and they were good. after a few weeks of taking the vitamins we noticed some improvements in our toddler's appetite and gets colds/runny nose lesser.
