Not bad to clean light makeup but if you wear full coverage it's not enough for just one time. The texture is not thick, it's more like a lotion. No smell, didn't cause allergy or breakouts but I don't like the feeling after washing. Won't buy again because I prefer more the micellar water and liquid makeup remover. In the pictures I tried with waterproof and full coverage foundation, it needs to times washing to be able to clean all.
This is practical for taking off majority of your makeup pre-cleanse. I wouldn’t rely on this for taking all of your makeup off completely though.

I bought this for my mom. It didn’t remove her eye makeup adequately and just smudged it around. It seems to have sensitized her skin because she was dealing with itch around her eye area. It has no scent as it’s fragrance free. It’s easy to use, and the packaging is nice. The size is fair for the price. The texture is creamy, and it has a white color. I’m concerned about the quality for this product, but it could be an individual outlier case.

I had high hopes for this product after a pleasant experience with Neutrogena wet wipes, which removed the most stubborn makeup. This milk definitely does not work.
