Take Saw Palmetto for my hair (woman). Taking one a day is good enough. When I took two a day, I started breaking out quite a bit. It does the job, so that's all that matters. Have taken other Saw Palmetto variations/ different brands, and this is the cheapest. Unless there's a change in quality, I'm sticking with this.

I used to use Dr. best saw palmetto, which is very good product, but since the price went up and up I looked for replacement product, and found now saw palmetto. at first I used 320mg once /day. then I discovered that If I use 2 of 160 mg per day at 2 separate time it was more effective than using just one 320mg
I'm taking it for 2 months now and I'm reordering to take for two more months, 2 capsules a day. The size is very easy to swallow and there is no taste at all. I have some coarse hair in my chin ( women should not have it :)) I can see that the hair is thinner now and also seems like have less coarse hair, but not too much, that why I'm taking it for 2 more months.
