I bought these for my husband who has flat feet and started having knee trouble some years back. I had just learned that arch support can help when I found these. At first when they arrived they felt too hard, but my husband says they are actually comfortable and perfect size. They help his knee relax and not take on so much of his weight. He wears them in his daily and running shoes and says they have been of great benefit. So I am very pleased, because he has had bad knee pain for a while and the docs kept prescribing stretches! This is way better!
