At first I did not like the after taste of these but now it’s quiet good. Though I noticed it increases my acid reflux and I sometimes get heartburn after taking them. So, I would recommend to watch what you eat with it and not to take it if you will lay down. Some issue I faced is when I wanted to take iron supplements for my pregnancy, other iron supplements usually contain folic acid with them, so it clashes with the multivitamins. Make sure to get iron supplements that are iron only with these multivitamins to not increase a vitamin intake over its recommended dose.
