it's a good conditioner with a lovely scent. leaves my hair shiny, however, my hair is too damaged to really feel the difference. I think if your hair needs some extra care but overall is not too damaged this can be a very good choice. I will still happily use it, but probably need something stronger in addition.

It has a really thick consistency and it feels quite rich with moisture. It smells great. That being said, as with most conditioners, I don't really notice a difference in my hair... They all seem to do the exact same thing....
