For me, it is an essential part of my daily routine--taking it early in the day, especially after a fatty meal--for energy and to help with lipid reduction. Always great quality with Solgar, in a quality glass bottle. This stuff helps your body make glutathione, among other things. I take one or two pills per day with other B-vitamins and my energy level is way way up. The pills are just little guys and I empty them into warm water with Niacin, Folic Acid and a few other goodies...I've barely gotten the sniffles through the worst waves of Covid in Japan, I would like to think that this stuff has been a big reason my immune system has been so resilient.
