I think these have been helping me with my upset tummy due to IBS! I always get an upset tummy after eating anything really and because of these I don't fear eating anymore. I've been trying to figure out what my issue was and it must be because I lack enough enzymes to digest protein. I tend to focus on eating alot of protein because I also work out and it can be difficult to digest sometimes at least for me. The capsules are not very big and easy to swallow. Just have to remember to take one before meals.
