Started to take for my heartburn and it works, and hopefully can help to lose a bit of weight. Don't expect Apple Cider vinegar by itself only to contribute much on weight lost, need to discipline ourselves with food intake and exercise too. Swanson has a dose of 650mg per capsule which is higher than most who are at 500mg each
