I take them for inflamation due to endometriosis. I take them 3 times a day, morning, mids day and evening. Together with NAC my inflamation values in my blood are back to normall. It does nothing for redusing endometriosis but sure helps with the inflamation. The package arrived super fast!

I've been using Turmeric and Black Pepper for about a month now and it has helped me with my lower back pain. I also like the quality of the product, it's not too expensive and I don't need to take as many pills. It's also reduced inflammation, so I'm feeling better overall!

I was told to specifically purchase turmeric with black pepper so I added this to my last order because it was reasonably priced. I’m not sure if it’s helping with inflammation but I do know that hasn’t hurt my stomach since I started taking it. I’ve had difficulty with everything from vitamins to prescriptions when it comes to sensitivity and this hasn’t caused nausea or that “poisoned feeling” I get when taking too many supplements.
Even the quality is good it doesn’t fit my stomach, I don’t why but it made my stomach uncomfortable. But I gave it to my husband & like it very much. He said the taste if good & it doesn’t smell. He said it does helps his joints feels better!
I have more confidence in Swanson than other Tumeric makers. So I am inclined to use their Tumeric. It has the "pepper" additive which I a convinced assists the absorption of the product. The ease of swallowing should not be belittled. It's a large capsule, so it's shape and surface texture is important. I have no difficulty swallowing these. I do find however that it's best for me to take it with food and water. Otherwise, sometimes I have discomfort in my throat later. I'm not a doctor or an herbalist, so I won't talk about the benefits I believe Tumeric provides. But it's a lot more than just pain relief. I have tried several Tumeric products from other companies. I have settled on Swanson and so long as they make it I will buy it
I bought this for my husband, and he is happy about it. Apparently, it is essential to add some pepper with the turmeric to make it effective and this brand is the only one doing it (Or maybe one of the two). If you don't drink it with enough water, it will give you a grasp and some after taste...
I have been dealing with chronic inflammation and neuropathic pain for quite a while, and have never given up on finding a natural remedy that worked.
