I was hoping to prepare this with beans, but I ended up using it with some pasta. It does taste OK, and the ingredients are not bad at all, but I personally think that price-wise you are better off buying the soy meat and the spices separately, especially considering that the package's size is not that big.

Because it was so filling, we didn't eat much and it lasted for three days between me and my husband. We used on top of fries and burgers as well as with tortilla chips and rice. Great quality, easy to make. Mesquite bbq taste - not spicy, but has a kick. Will be purchasing more for future go-to meals.
