I didn’t noticed something affective for the digestive system although it is mentioned in the ingredients, yet it has a good taste, also size is good enough for month; dosage 3 gummies per day, overall quality I haven’t noticed a difference if i should ? Maybe it benefits inside the body without showing, it’s fine I guess.
Personally, the taste is neither good nor bad. I've never eaten Manuka honey alone, so I wonder if the sweetness is like this. The texture is more like a kneaded Japanese confectionery than a gummy candy.
