Dr recommended trying zinc lozenges, amongst other things, to help with after effects of covid. I like the flavour and look forward to having them. Good form of zinc also
These taste so good! It's nice to have supplement that isn't yet another pill I have to swallow. I haven't taken them long enough to know whether they make a differenc in my health, but I like them so far.

Great if taken at the first signs of a cold. Pleasant taste, if only a bit too sweet. I wish it were sweetened with Xylitol instead, but good overall.

Disgusting taste
I'm currently taking some supplements chewable and this zinc tablet is pretty tasty. It feels like elderberry-flavored ramune. As the number of capsules and tablets increases, it becomes a hassle to take, so I hope to make good use of chewables, powders, and liquids.
