LfieExtension EPA DHA has bug amount in one capsulle, and I take 2 a day at different time for better absorption. Their products are gluten free, without genetically modified organisms and have IFOS certificate (world certificate of quality of fish oil). It is easy to take and has no taste as it is in gelatin form.
Honestly these taste so good my 5 year old just chews them. Absolutely no rancid oil whatsoever. No fish burps. I just started to take this ones. I can't say if there is any effect or no... to early. I took bought it taking in consideration that my diet lacks in fats and I need this ones for my severe hair loss. Thankfuly, it doesn't smell fishy as usually others do. They are quite big frankly, but it's ok. I am taking them before going to sleep at the night. The quality of the formulation is good too and the dose is impressive. Just the right amount. I hope this Omega will help me with my health.
I already get enough omega 3 from my diet, however I wanted to try it, I was surprised by the lack of fishy taste that can be found in some commercial omega 3 supplements, even on an empty stomach. Very good quality as with all Life Extension products. The benefits of omega for inflammation, heart health, cholesterol, etc. are well known. Two months’ supply of 2,000 mg with good ratio of EPA/DHA at a very reasonable price. There is also no fishy after taste. Second time with this product and will come back to it, but also want to try Life Extension’s other omegas. Fully recommend this fish oil.
Very easy HUGE gel pill to swallow. Somehow no trouble swallowing at all despite smaller pills that give me trouble. Also no gastro issues or fish smell in skin or breathe etc. I do have gerd and i may occassuinally get only one burp that smelled very slighlty of fish within 30 min of taking pill.
This is a very good product that I was lucky enough to get at a very good price. With very well selected ingredients, it is of high quality and many benefits. Personally, I like it and it helps me. For best results, I always take it after a fatty meal, usually at lunch.

big bottle and big pills, but the ingredients are essential for you unless you are eating fish daily, you do need to take these one with food and unfortunately it does come with the fishy smell, once I took too many and I could tell...be aware of that but this one is important for your overal health
I have been using the Life Extension Mega EPA/DHA repeatedly for a number of years. The high dose, low consumption quantity required suits me, just twice daily for a maintenance dose. The price is competitive for the high quantity contents. Happy overall with the taste of the fish oils, non repeating. I can recommend this product.
